A leading ABA agency is seeking a results-driven Director of Billing to oversee and optimize our billing operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel in process improvement, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Responsibilities:

• Lead an 8-member remote billing team to ensure timely and accurate claims submissions.
• Manage the full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, ensuring efficient collections.
• Oversee and streamline billing workflows while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Implement strategies for process improvement to enhance revenue flow.
• Maintain relationships with providers and stay abreast of EMR technologies.
• Monitor team performance, providing training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in billing or RCM, preferably in healthcare or ABA services.
• Strong understanding of EMR systems and the billing lifecycle.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
