We are a growing mental health organization with a vision to scale our operations and deliver exceptional care. With multiple service lines, we are looking for a strategic leader who can implement efficient systems, scale operations, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Role Overview:
This position oversees 50-60 staff members across multiple service lines, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to compliance. The ideal candidate will:

• Implement Systems: Design and optimize workflows for scalable growth.
• Lead with Accountability: Build a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Execute a Vision: Understand organizational goals and translate them into actionable plans.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure service quality across all departments, including telehealth and substance abuse clinics.
• Problem Solve: Handle challenges with efficiency and professionalism.
• Drive Growth: Focus on innovation and sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and operations across all service lines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead by example to maintain a collaborative and positive environment.
• Act as a problem solver for staffing, compliance, and operational hurdles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in behavioral health, HCBS, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in implementing systems and scaling operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Growth-oriented with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Familiarity with compliance in Article 31/32 settings preferred.
