Position Overview
We are seeking a Dealer Support Representative who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about problem-solving. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our company and our dealers, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional support. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to maintain strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and inquiries.
- Provide accurate, detailed product and service information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trust through interactive and effective communication.
- Resolve complaints, offering timely and appropriate solutions while following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and processes.
- Follow company communication procedures and policies.
- Strive to exceed personal and team service targets and quotas.
Must Have Experience
- Minimum of 1 year in customer support or a client service representative role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Skills Required
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to different customer personalities.
- High school diploma required; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
