Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship & Sales Growth Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving business growth, and providing exceptional service to clients. You will manage quotes and pricing while fostering strong customer relationships to maximize opportunities and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote and Pricing Management:

  • Prepare and manage customer quotes with precision and timeliness.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing and address customer inquiries efficiently.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs.
  • Follow up on quotes, re-engage with previous leads, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

• Sales Growth:

  • Identify growth opportunities within the current customer base and develop strategies to maximize potential.
  • Effectively communicate product value to encourage customer loyalty and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, or account management is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
