We are a growing ABA company, currently operating with a dedicated team of 25 in-office employees and over 200 professionals. We are seeking a visionary COO who understands operational complexities and can drive success while holding the team accountable. With a focus on implementing an existing strategy, solving staffing challenges, and overseeing a large-scale operations is imperative, a background in ABA is not required, but home care experience will make this candidate highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and smooth implementation of existing processes.
  • Strategy Implementation: Execute and improve upon strategies already in place, optimizing performance and driving growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team (Clinical Director, Operations Director, Finance Director) to align goals and foster collaboration.
  • People Management: Lead a team of 25 in-office employees, 100 BCBAs, and 100-150 PARA professionals. Hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive, productive environment.
  • Staffing & Process Management: Address staffing issues head-on and ensure processes are streamlined across the organization.
  • Big-Picture Leadership: Oversee operations while focusing on long-term vision and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading large, high-growth operations (preferably 400+ clients) in the healthcare, home care, or ABA industry.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can lead from the trenches.
  • Strong operational expertise with the ability to implement strategies and hold people accountable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • A team player who understands the “Heimish” culture and can connect on a personal level.
