Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the daily operations of our homecare organization. The COO will oversee key operational functions, including coordination, intake, authorization, payroll, CDPAP onboarding, recruiting, field operations, HR, and administrative HR. This role will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving strategic growth, and maintaining high standards of care and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all areas, including onboarding, field operations, and payroll.
– Drive process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and scalability.
– Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute the organization’s operational strategy.
– Ensure smooth coordination and communication between departments, optimizing workflows and ensuring timely service delivery.
– Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective team management, employee development, and retention.
– Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all operational activities.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a senior operational role in homecare
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both direct and indirect reports.
– In-depth knowledge of homecare operations, including payroll, onboarding, HR, and field operations.
– Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
– Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and senior leadership.
