We are a rapidly growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. Established three years ago, we have achieved remarkable success.

Our operations span six states. As we continue to expand, we are looking to sell the company in five years. To achieve this goal, we seek a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operations and drive excellence.

The COO will play a pivotal role in optimizing and restructuring all departments within our organization. This leader will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple companies, particularly in staffing and healthcare sectors. ABA experience is highly desirable.

The COO will be an organized and well-structured leader, capable of holding the team accountable and steering the company toward its strategic objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– *Operational Leadership:* Oversee and optimize daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and preparing the company for sale in five years.

– *Restructuring and Optimization:* Evaluate current processes and structures, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

– *KPI Management:* Develop, set, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments to ensure operational excellence and accountability.

– *Team Leadership:* Lead and mentor a diverse team of administrative and mid-level employees, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.

– *Strategic Planning:* Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

– *Compliance and Quality Assurance:* Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and service delivery.

– *Expansion Strategy:* Drive the company’s expansion efforts, identifying new opportunities and markets to achieve growth objectives.

*Qualifications:*

– *Experience: in senior operational roles, with at least 3-4 distinct experiences across different companies. A background in staffing and healthcare is a significant advantage.

– *ABA Expertise:* Direct experience in the ABA field is highly desirable.

– *Leadership Skills:* Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

– *Organizational Skills:* Strong organizational and structuring capabilities to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

– *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, and implement strategic initiatives.

– *Communication:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of the organization.

– *Adaptability:* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

– *Education:* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
