We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our company’s operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the manufacturing sector and possess strong leadership skills to oversee all departments.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational functions of the company
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and profitability
Oversee the day-to-day operations of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and quality control departments
Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve company goals and objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and accountability
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a COO or senior executive in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving operational excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
