We’re now expanding our Commercial Division, targeting property managers, multifamily developers, and renovation firms—offering them direct access to premium inventory and full operational support.

Position Overview

We’re hiring our first dedicated Commercial Sales Rep to drive this division forward. The ideal candidate brings an existing book of business in the flooring, cabinetry, or related home improvement industry, with strong ties to value-driven multifamily renovation clients.

You’ll focus on sales—we’ll handle the rest. From estimating and drawings to delivery and billing, our backend team ensures your clients are fully supported, so you can focus on growth and closing.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a high-output B2B sales professional who thrives on autonomy and relationships. You’ve sold into multifamily before—flooring, cabinetry, vanities, or similar—and you’re ready to bring your network somewhere that can support your deals with speed, service, and inventory.

You’re tired of handling logistics yourself. You want to sell—backed by a team that makes you look great.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a commercial client base focused on multifamily renovations
  • Leverage your existing network to bring in high-volume opportunities
  • Pitch and sell our in-stock product lines at unbeatable value
  • Partner with our in-house operations team for layout, quoting, and logistics
  • Track and manage your territory pipeline and revenue
  • Offer client and market feedback to optimize pricing and product mix

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B sales of flooring, cabinetry, or similar home renovation products
  • Deep relationships with multifamily developers, property managers, or GC’s
  • Strong understanding of renovation sales cycles and contractor workflows
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
  • Based in or able to travel across NJ or MD regularly

Must-Haves

  • Active book of business in the flooring, kitchen, or related renovation industry
  • Proven B2B sales experience focused on multifamily or commercial renovation
  • Ability to close high-volume deals and maintain long-term relationships
  • Strong self-motivation and independent sales drive
  • Proximity to NJ or MD, with ability to meet clients on-site
