Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Client Account Manager to take the lead in managing client relationships. This role involves overseeing the client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring clients feel confident they are receiving the best service. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to follow through and solve problems, coupled with a sales-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing all inquiries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for challenging accounts, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Follow up on declined quotes, addressing objections and identifying solutions to meet client needs.
- Represent the company to clients with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
- Sales-oriented approach to client retention
- Driven and self-motivated, capable of taking ownership of tasks and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to learn and manage complex account details with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Prior experience in a client-facing role, especially in commercial services or high-stakes environments.
