Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clearance Officer, preferably an attorney, to join our team in either Brooklyn or Lakewood. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing title issues and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. This role offers a competitive salary with potential earnings between $150k-$175k, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and clear title issues to ensure marketable titles.
• Collaborate with title examiners, underwriters, and legal professionals.
• Prepare and review necessary legal documents.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in title clearance or a related role.
