Are you a strategic and visionary financial leader looking to drive growth in a dynamic, multi-state organization? Join our large home care agency operating across five states and 12 lines of business. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide us through financial transformation and oversee all fiscal functions with precision, leadership, and innovation.

As CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and manage a team of seven talented professionals across various financial disciplines. You will be instrumental in building a robust financial strategy, creating accurate budgets, leading forecasting efforts, and ensuring compliance with multi-state regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a financial team, including FP&A, accounting, accounts payable, and finance directors.

Lead and enhance processes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Develop cost reports and manage multi-state regulatory compliance specific to fiscal policies.

Provide strategic insights to the CEO to drive business decisions and growth.

Strengthen team capabilities through leadership, mentorship, and process improvements.

Serve as a key partner to the executive team to support organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a CFO or equivalent role in home care, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry.

Strong track record in managing financial operations across multiple states.

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and regulatory compliance.

A leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
