Role Overview
As Chief Analytics & Finance Officer, you’ll own financial strategy, forecasting, channel profitability analysis, and advanced reporting. You’ll turn data into insights—spotting inefficiencies, uncovering revenue leakage (e.g., refunds on Amazon), and moving us from reactive reports to proactive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the FP&A function focused on data and profitability

• Analyze P&L by platform (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, DTC) at product, channel, and vendor levels

• Audit marketplace settlements and claims to plug revenue leaks

• Partner on shipping, refunds, and chargebacks to reduce costs

• Align inventory forecasts with sell-through trends

• Measure ad-spend ROI and CAC by channel/campaign

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multi-scenario modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA preferred

• 4+ years in senior finance/analytics, ideally in e-commerce

• Proven FP&A, modeling, and BI leadership in fast-paced settings

• Deep e-commerce knowledge (marketplace fees, returns, ads)

• Expert with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)

• ERP experience (NetSuite, SellerCloud, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)

• Strong communicator who turns data into strategy and drives outcomes
