Our client is a growing healthcare organization seeking a strategic CFO/Controller with strong leadership skills, healthcare finance expertise, and experience with Sage Intacct to drive our financial strategy and build a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, including overseeing a team of 2-3 professionals in accounting and finance.
• Manage the implementation and optimization of Sage Intacct for financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making and organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Provide leadership on cash flow, cost control, revenue cycle management, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO, Controller, or Finance Leader in a healthcare organization.
• Hands-on experience using Sage Intacct for financial management.
• Strong track record of hiring, developing, and overseeing small finance teams.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare financial compliance, revenue cycle, and operational efficiencies.
