Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper-Controller to join our ecommerce company. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and monthly financial reports.

Inventory management experience is a must.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and help guide financial decisions to drive business growth.

*Responsibilities:*

– Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

– Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

– Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports

– Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

– Manage inventory tracking, including inventory valuation and cost analysis

– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

– Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies to support business growth
