Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Controller, ideally in the building maintenance or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
