We are seeking an experienced Billing Rep/Manager with Revenue Cycle expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Billing experience a must

*Responsibilities:*

Oversee the daily  billing , including coding, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and collections.

– Analyze and optimize the revenue cycle process to improve cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable.

– Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve overall revenue cycle efficiency.

– Prepare and present regular reports on billing operations, financial performance, and key metrics to senior management.

– Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

– Ensure timely and accurate processing of patient invoices and insurance claims.

– Handle escalated billing inquiries and resolve complex billing issues.
