We are seeking an experienced Home Care Billing Director to lead and manage our billing department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in home care billing and a proven track record of managing a skilled team to ensure efficient and accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the billing department for home care services
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers
• Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance
• Manage and mentor a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support
• Monitor and analyze billing and collections data to identify areas for improvement
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in billing practices to ensure compliance
• Prepare and present reports on billing performance to senior leadership
