Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cefla Operator to manage and oversee our automatic painting machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent, high-quality finishes, maintain the machinery, and work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the Cefla automatic painting machine for production, including system checks and adjustments.
• Monitor the automated painting process to ensure consistency and quality in application.
• Perform inspections to detect defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in the finished products.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and product standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and conduct minor repairs as required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Cefla or similar automatic painting equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with painting techniques and equipment, including spray guns and drying systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving machinery issues.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold quality standards.
• Basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities and tracking production metrics.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime as necessary to meet production deadlines.
