We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager with a strong foundation in finance or accounting. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, management, and disposition of a diverse portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal returns and risk management. Key duties include conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, monitoring asset performance, and collaborating with internal teams to support investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the performance of the company’s asset portfolio.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to assess investment opportunities.
• Monitor and report on asset performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop strategies for asset acquisition, growth, and divestiture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in asset management, investment analysis, or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting principles
