A reputable home care company is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the operations of their home care agency. This position requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of 2 years of home care experience in New York and strong management capabilities. The Administrator will be overseeing 13 employes and reporting to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency .
  • Manage and supervise different departments including HR, Intake, Authorizations, Payroll and more.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and efficiency among 13 office employees.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care for our 800+ clients.
  • Implement effective administrative processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of home care experience in New York.
  • Proven management and leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively oversee multiple departments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
