A reputable home care company is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee the operations of their home care agency. This position requires a dynamic leader with a minimum of 2 years of home care experience in New York and strong management capabilities. The Administrator will be overseeing 13 employes and reporting to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency .
- Manage and supervise different departments including HR, Intake, Authorizations, Payroll and more.
- Ensure smooth coordination and efficiency among 13 office employees.
- Maintain high standards of patient care for our 800+ clients.
- Implement effective administrative processes and practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of home care experience in New York.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively oversee multiple departments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
