Chavivim Launches Full-Scale Campaign Taking The Organization To The Next Level

Every day, in every weather, in every neighborhood, Chavivim volunteers show up. Not because they’re paid. Not because someone told them to. But because another Yid needed help
If you’ve ever seen one of those blinking lights in the distance and thought, “Thank G-d someone’s helping,” this is your moment to be part of it
They go out of their way for you. Now it’s your turn to go out of your way for them.
Every day, in every weather, in every neighborhood, Chavivim volunteers show up. Not because they’re paid. Not because someone told them to. But because another Yid needed help.
A flat tire. A locked door. A child trapped. A frightened parent. A stranger stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night. They show up again and again, without hesitation.
In situations where people can feel hopeless and anxious, Chavivim is always there to answer the call. The dedicated members respond swiftly to every situation, in every location. No distance is too far and no hour is too early or too late.
Each call is more than just a call; it is a day saved from despair, a feeling of relief, and knowing that there are always angels you can count on along the way.
Chavivim show’s up not just with tools, but with smiles and compassion. As the thousands yearly who have been on the receiving end can testify, when Chavivim is on the scene, you can rest assured that you are in good and safe hands.
This campaign is about giving them what they need to keep going.
Not what they want. What they need.
Things that are actually needed. Dispatch centers. Spare Tires. Equipment. Tools. Fuel. Radios. Gear. Not for some future plan, but for calls happening right now – tonight, tomorrow, next Erev Shabbos.
Chavivim volunteers don’t just take calls. They take responsibility. They take it personally. When someone’s locked out of their house or stuck in the snow, they don’t think twice. They get in the car and go. Often before dispatch finishes giving them the address. They do it because they know what it means to be part of a community that looks out for one another. That’s the world they’re fighting to protect. One act of help at a time.
But they can’t keep showing up if we don’t show up for them.
They’re not asking for applause. They’re not asking for recognition. They’re asking for the tools that make it possible to do their job and come home safe. That’s it. That’s the campaign. And now the responsibility falls on us – the community that benefits from their work every single day.
If you’ve ever seen one of those blinking lights in the distance and thought, “Thank G-d someone’s helping,” this is your moment to be part of it. Your donation doesn’t go to overhead or vague initiatives. It goes to the people who are already helping. The ones who drop everything and show up when someone else is in trouble. The ones who live the mission. The ones who go out of their way.
So today, we’re asking you to go out of yours.
Donate now. Help fund us. Help fuel our mission. Because when the next call comes in, we want to be ready to go out of our way
The only question is – will you go out of your way for us?

My opinion I think someone who gets a flat tire replaced with a new tire should pay for it.They would have to purchase one anyway. I think it’s more than enough that the c h a v i v i m volunteers are willing to do the work and replace the tire free of charge

Or those that can, should donate to this wonderful organization of Chavivim so they can continue with all the Chesed.
Also nothing is stopping anyone that receives assistance from donating as well, I’m sure it happens all the time. But it’s about making sure Chavivim is fully equipped with everything they need, to fully help those that call in a time of stress.
