Role Overview
As CRO, you’ll own top-line strategy and drive profitable expansion. You’ll set high-level direction—identifying new channels, refining pricing and promotions, and building dashboards—while empowering our Director of Sales to execute daily.
Key Responsibilities

Craft and execute long-term revenue growth plans

Uncover new opportunities: category, channel, and product expansions

Optimize pricing, promotions, assortment, and ad spend with data

Design frameworks and dashboards for KPI tracking

Guide sales managers with strategic planning and scalable processes

Align all revenue activities with company objectives

Lead investment discussions for growth initiatives
Qualifications
-
5+ years in senior e-commerce or digital marketplace revenue roles
-
Deep expertise in Amazon (incl. Amazon Business), eBay, Walmart, and DTC
-
Proven record of driving revenue growth and profitability
-
Strong analytical, strategic, and data-driven decision-making skills

Familiarity with marketplace tools and advertising platforms

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
-
Agile in spotting and acting on growth opportunities
