Lakewood, NJ – The rain-or-shine Chol Hamoed Pesach Carnival last week was a true community-wide event, bringing together throughout the day, 22,000 kids in Lakewood for a day of fun. This is the largest Chol Hamoed carnival in Lakewood.

The carnival at the Blue Claws Stadium featured many shows and activities. Dr. Kasriel (Rich) Roberts sponsored the carnival, which was completely free.

Dr. Roberts started the semi-annual carnival, each Chol Hamoed, starting in his backyard, then moving to Pine Park and now to a much larger location, at Blue Claws. It’s now 18 years and close to 500,000 children attending his carnivals which takes place each chol hamoed Pesach and Sukkos.
