Social Worker, LMSW/LMHC/LCSW/MHC-LP (Bilingual)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Bilingual LMSW, LSCW, LMHC, or MHC-LP to join our team at our Article 31 clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, families, and adults of all ages navigating health related issues and challenges. As a social worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to children and their families.

• Per Diem Role
• Hybrid Position

Duties:
– Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ needs and develop individualized care plans

– Provide counseling and support services to clients dealing with mental health issues, or family conflicts

– Advocate for clients’ rights and assist in accessing community resources through collaboration with our team

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations

Ideal Candidate:
– Experience working with children and families

– Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, social skills issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral challenges

– Strong assessment and diagnostic skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Open to working hybrid, in client’s homes, or telehealth.

– License in Play Therapy (preferred but not required).

– Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Yiddish.
