Overview:
Join a dynamic leader in various industries as a Financial Operations Manager. In this crucial role, you will oversee all accounting operations, produce vital financial reports, and maintain stringent financial controls and budgets. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and organized professional eager to handle significant responsibilities in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Directly lead and manage the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) departments.
• Responsible for the effective management of a team of 6-10 employees, including aspects of hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Develop and oversee the execution of forecasts and budgets.
• Provide detailed financial analysis for major business decisions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and manage the monthly close process.
• Prepare for audits and ensure the accuracy and availability of financial records

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Must-Haves:

• Extensive management experience in leading A/R and A/P teams within an inventory-based business setting.
• Experience in e-commerce environments highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and compliance
