About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive a team of 8 sales professionals. This role is focused on developing sales strategies, increasing revenue, and providing strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8 salespeople to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market expansion and increase profitability.
- Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay competitive.
- Oversee and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have:
- Leadership Experience – Proven success in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Expertise – Strong ability to drive revenue growth and close deals.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute successful sales plans.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Packaging industry experience preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will be considered.
