About the Role:
We are a growing outpatient mental health organization seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee operations, compliance, and team performance across multiple service lines. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a growth-focused mindset to scale services while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead & Optimize Operations – Oversee daily functions for 40–50 employees, including Clinical Directors and Supervisors.
-Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to Article 31 (preferred), Article 32, or Article 28 guidelines. Experience with HCBS or CFTSS is a plus.
-Drive Growth & Efficiency – Implement systems, refine workflows, and enhance scalability.
-Build a High-Performance Culture – Set clear KPIs, ensure accountability, and foster a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
-Quality & Problem Solving – Address operational challenges, maintain compliance, and support clinical excellence.

Must-Haves:
-Proven leadership experience in behavioral health operations.
-Experience with Article 31 (preferred) or Article 32 / 28 / HCBS / CFTSS compliance.
-Track record of scaling operations & implementing systems.
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
-Analytical mindset to track performance and drive improvements.
