Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and month-end closings.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies and growth initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external accounting and audit firms, ensuring compliance and operational alignment.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to optimize operational efficiency and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial reporting, auditing, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Assertive, confident decision-maker who can navigate challenges, hold others accountable, and drive initiatives forward.
• Energetic, forward-thinking, and able to see the big picture while managing the details.

Preferred Experience

• Experience transitioning from public accounting to in-house leadership roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare or service-based industries.
• Knowledge of ABA services and reimbursement structures is a plus.
• CPA certification (or equivalent) with significant public accounting experience
