We are seeking a dedicated and professional Clinical Coordination Supervisor to lead and manage a team of clinician coordinators in our Williamsburg, NY office. This hybrid role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in healthcare supervision and team management to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 clinician coordinators, each managing approximately 60 clinicians.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring teams maintain full capacity and provide top-notch service.
• Act as a key problem-solver for complex cases and challenging customers.
• Foster a culture of professionalism and growth, elevating team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet organizational goals and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic services (training will be provided if necessary).
• A degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a professional demeanor.
