Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to handle all aspects of employee administration, payroll, and HR compliance. This role will be responsible for managing onboarding, payroll, benefits, PTO tracking, and general HR support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Most HR processes are already in place, but the HR Administrator will have the opportunity to maintain, refine, and implement updates when necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured HR role while improving systems and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Administration – Manage hiring paperwork, employee records, and compliance documentation.
- Benefits & Insurance – Oversee employee insurance enrollments and updates, including company insurance plans.
- Time & Attendance Management – Track PTO, sick days, and employee clock-ins.
- HR Process Maintenance & Optimization – Maintain established HR workflows while suggesting improvements where needed.
- Employee Relations – Act as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries, policy clarifications, and general support.
- Salary & Compensation Updates – Support the team with salary adjustments and increases.
Requirements
- HR experience required (industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized employee records.
- Ability to manage HR compliance, benefits, and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support employees and management.
- Proactive mindset to identify and implement workflow improvements when necessary.
