Job Description:

We are seeking a full-scale CFO to oversee all financial operations and strategic planning for a homecare organization. This role will focus on rebuilding and strengthening the finance team, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) efforts. The CFO will be responsible for cost reporting, managing multi-state regulatory compliance, and providing strategic direction for future financial growth. The position will also require oversight of various financial functions, including accounts payable, accounting staff, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

– Experience in homecare or healthcare; multi-state experience is a plus

– Ability to manage and guide a large finance team

– Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting in a multi-state environment

– Expertise in regulatory fiscal management across different states
