Overview
We are looking for a Client Relations and Administrative Support professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist a team of five accountants by managing client communication, scheduling, and reviewing documents for tax preparation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client calls, emails, and messages. Provide excellent customer service with a professional and calm demeanor, even under pressure.
- Scheduling: Organize and maintain the accounting team’s calendars, ensuring deadlines and meetings are coordinated efficiently.
- Document Review and Preparation: Pull bank statements, review QuickBooks entries, and ensure all necessary documents are ready for tax filings. A working knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues, taking initiative to follow up with clients and accountants to resolve them.
- Team Collaboration and Prioritization: Work closely with the accounting team, providing support to keep projects on track. Act as a filter to determine which client concerns need immediate attention.
- Independent Work: Stay organized and self-driven, managing tasks without the need for constant supervision.
