Position Summary:

The Director of Operations (DOO) for an Article 31 Clinic will lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, focusing on quality patient care, operational efficiency, and team performance. This in-office role requires daily on-site presence at the Brooklyn location.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the clinical supervisors as well back-office staff.

Ensure compliance with Article 31 requirements and uphold clinic standards across HCBS, Article 32, and CFTSS programs.

Drive operational improvements, team productivity, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Act as a hands-on leader who is quick-thinking and solution-oriented.

Candidate Requirements:

Must have proven leadership skills and the ability to work hands-on in a dynamic environment.

Experience in HCBS programs, Article 31 clinics, Article 32, or drug rehabilitation settings is preferred.
