Job Summary:

We are seeking a QC Engineer with expertise in consumer goods production. This role involves ensuring that products meet the quality and regulatory standards for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering and an eye for detailed quality analysis. You will work closely with the team leader in China, reviewing and analyzing product reports, conducting on-site testing, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Quality Review: Review detailed product quality reports from factory production lines and ensure compliance with US market standards.
• Collaborate Internationally: Work directly with the team leader in China and other global stakeholders to resolve quality issues and optimize production standards.
• Testing and Analysis: Conduct in-office testing of products, providing feedback for the R&D department.
• Technical Documentation: Create and review technical documentation, including reports on quality issues, product testing, and engineering solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: Manage detailed analysis of production quality, focusing on product components and assembly.
• Factory Production Monitoring: Oversee factory production processes, ensuring product quality is maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience with quality control in a production environment with consumer good.
• Strong technical knowledge of components and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent detail orientation with the ability to manage complex technical reports.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on international time zones (US/China).
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical documentation.
• Chinese speaker a plus
