Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and foster a culture of excellence.
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is motivated and well-equipped to meet and exceed sales targets. -
Sales Strategy:
Develop, implement, and refine effective sales strategies and techniques to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
Align sales strategies with overall company objectives and market conditions. -
Training & Development:
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
Create a continuous learning environment for the team to develop their skills and stay ahead in the market. -
Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and other metrics, providing actionable feedback and support to help the team achieve their goals.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. -
Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution:
Maintain high standards of customer service by assisting the team in resolving complex customer inquiries or issues.
Act as an escalation point for resolving any challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction. -
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and performance metrics to senior management, including sales forecasts, revenue analysis, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer and team challenges.
- Experience in preparing and delivering sales reports and metrics to senior management.
