Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our Therapy home care company. This role requires a strong leader with a mindset geared towards both big-picture strategy and attention to detail. While a background in home care or healthcare is beneficial, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong leadership presence and the ability to align the department’s goals with the overall mission of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Therapy Company, driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the departments.
• Manage and mentor department heads, ensuring effective leadership at all levels.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the department’s services.
• Maintain a balance between high-level strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO or similar executive position.
• Strong cultural alignment with our company’s values and mission.
• Ability to think strategically while also focusing on the details that drive operational success.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in home care or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
