Wholesale company is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and sourcing, along with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, laws, policies and employee relations. If you are a skilled HR professional with a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, this may be your calling!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and sourcing efforts to attract top talent
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with HR best practices, laws, and company policies
• Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR recruiting and sourcing
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations
• Experience with employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred
