Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Recurring Service Coordinator to manage and oversee our recurring service schedules for customers across the five boroughs of New York City. The ideal candidate must have experience in scheduling and coordinating services on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, with a strong focus on logistics and customer communication. This role requires a proactive individual who takes charge, demonstrates ownership of tasks, and excels in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Scheduling: Manage and coordinate recurring service schedules for customers on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across the five boroughs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee and optimize logistics for service delivery, ensuring that all service appointments are coordinated effectively and resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with customers to confirm service schedules, address inquiries, and provide updates. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving any scheduling or service-related issues.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all recurring service-related matters. Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service and responsiveness.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take charge of all aspects of recurring service scheduling and coordination, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality and timeliness of service delivery.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with service teams and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of service schedules. Communicate any changes or updates to relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any logistical or scheduling challenges that may arise, using creative problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to service delivery.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and any changes or adjustments. Provide regular reports to management on service performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating recurring services, preferably in a logistics or customer service role.
  • Logistics Coordination: Strong understanding of logistics and coordination, particularly within the five boroughs of New York City.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ownership and Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to take charge, show initiative, and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Reliability: Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
