We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Case Management team. The ideal candidate will have a high emotional intelligence (EQ), a knack for working with people, and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. This role requires managing a diverse team and ensuring satisfaction for both clients and employees. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a Case Management team of 10-15 members
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle team issues and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain a high level of client and employee satisfaction
  • Think creatively to find innovative solutions
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience, particularly in handling a team of 10-15 people
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep both clients and employees happy
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing performance
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
