Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented In-House Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with extensive experience in packaging design. This role requires excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for a variety of products, including packaging, marketing materials, and promotional items.
• Develop innovative packaging designs that meet brand guidelines and enhance product presentation.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to understand design requirements and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media, including catalogs, brochures, social media posts, and website content.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of design projects with the team to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are free from errors.
• Conduct thorough reviews of final designs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Innovation and Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry standards to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and consumer preferences, applying this knowledge to design projects.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience in creating packaging designs that enhance product presentation and meet brand guidelines a huge plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
• A proactive and creative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with design trends and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with printing processes and production requirements.
• Knowledge of web design and digital marketing is beneficial.
