We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand Management to lead and motivate our team of Brand Managers. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our brands are profitable and maximized across all channels. The Director will oversee the entire brand-building process, lead a growing team of Brand Managers, and ensure the successful execution of brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Brand Managers, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure each Brand Manager effectively manages their brand as a business owner, overseeing the entire brand lifecycle.
- Drive team performance, ensuring all brands are profitable and optimized across all channels.
- Manage and grow the team of Brand Managers.
Brand Strategy and Execution:
- Oversee the entire brand-building process, from ideation to execution, ensuring brand integrity and consistency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth and maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
Sourcing and Product Management:
- Serve as the knowledge expert in sourcing, Amazon product research, and Amazon operations.
- Guide the team in setting up and managing Amazon accounts, optimizing product listings, and executing PPC and advertising strategies.
- Expand brand presence beyond Amazon to other platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Walmart, eBay, and more.
Performance Optimization:
- Ensure that all brands are optimized for maximum visibility and profitability across all channels.
- Oversee the analysis of performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all brand activities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on brand performance and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel valued and motivated.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand management, with a strong track record of leading and growing successful brands.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing, Amazon operations, product research, and multi-channel optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PPC and advertising strategies on Amazon and other platforms.
- Knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Walmart, and eBay.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for brand management and performance analysis.
