Service (CDPAP) Coordinator
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers and caregivers, demonstrating
professionalism and care in handling inquiries.
Manage all incoming calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Process payroll for consumers and caregivers within the assigned caseload, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness.
Oversee the accurate and organized documentation of consumer and caregiver records,
ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task
Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
