We’re seeking a charismatic Sales Floor Manager to lead our team in Lakewood, NJ! The ideal candidate is a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. You’ll manage our sales team, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere in our store. If you’re a quick, multitasking, and solutions-focused leader with a keen sense of style, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and mentor sales team members

– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

– Maintain a visually appealing store environment

– Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Communicate effectively with team members and customers

– Work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and objectives

– Flexible schedule (minimum 10:30am-3:30pm, with opportunities for additional hours)

Requirements:

– 2+ years of sales management experience

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

– Good taste and knowledge of houseware products (preferred)
