The Kaser Village offices will be moving to a new, spacious location on Route 306, to a property they received from the Town of Ramapo.
Since Kaser Village was founded 35 years ago, new initiatives for the residents have been added, such as the new shuttle service, additional security, and sanitation trucks. This is all in addition to the numerous services that the office offers, such as passport applications, legal assistance, computer kiosks, and more. This move will allow Kaser Village to expand and improve its services to the community.
Until now, the offices have been located on Elyon Road, and the Kaser buses and trucks have been parked in the parking lot on Ashel Lane. Now everything will be transferred to the new property so it can all be in one place.
The new property is located next to the Munkatch Yeshivah on 201 Route 306, across the street from the new development on Kearsing Parkway. A temporary building has been set aside for the offices, and there is a large parking lot behind it where all the buses and trucks to park. Plans for a new, direct road from Route 306 to the offices and parking lot are in the works.
