E-commerce Account Manager

150K-200K (+ incentive package)

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to oversee our online sales channels and drive growth in the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with a proven track record of managing online accounts and developing and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and Walmart etc.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute promotional campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on e-commerce performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Amazon Seller Central, E-bay, and Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
