The Custom Shop Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely production of custom items and special projects within our organization. This individual will be responsible for addressing shop floor inquiries and clarifications, managing reporting and corrections, creating custom work orders, overseeing custom shop parts, and maintaining production line updates.

A successful candidate will have a background in woodworking or construction, possess strong project management skills, excel in communication, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing shop floor questions and providing clarifications as needed.
• Managing reporting and making necessary corrections to ensure production accuracy.
• Creating custom work orders for specialized projects.
• Overseeing custom shop parts and ensuring their availability.
• Maintaining and updating production lines to accommodate custom orders.

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in woodworking or construction techniques.
• Strong project management skills to effectively oversee custom projects from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with different teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• A high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Tech savvy, Enjoys working with Software programs.
