We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Level 1 Support Specialist to join our tech team. In this role, you will work closely with our development team and stakeholders, providing critical support for our internal corporate systems. As a liaison between our production warehouse and development/software teams, your role is pivotal to our operational success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users and stakeholders.
• Work directly with the development team to resolve technical issues.
• Act as a liaison between the production warehouse and development/software teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our internal corporate systems.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure that all support requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Manufacturing: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and their operations.
• Basic SQL: Extremely basic understanding of SQL for troubleshooting purposes.
