This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our production crew and drive success in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and production schedules.
• Motivate and inspire production crew members to achieve daily production goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Take ownership of production schedules and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and streamline workflow.
• Conduct regular meetings with production team members to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of production.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of production operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production, construction or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions to production challenges.
• Energetic and motivated individual with a determination to succeed and drive team success.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment a huge plus.
