Join our dynamic paper goods distribution and manufacturing company as a Senior Sales Executive! We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to lead our efforts in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth, Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the paper goods distribution market.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with corporate companies, chain stores, and distribution partners, and driving sales opportunities within the paper goods distribution market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Prospect and acquire new customers within the paper goods distribution market, including corporate companies, chain stores, and distribution partners. Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to win new business and expand market share.
  2. Sales Presentations: Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating our company’s value proposition, product offerings, and competitive advantages. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each customer.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts. Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to position our products and services effectively.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure profitable business agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and customer requirements.
  5. Trade Shows and Events: Represent our company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to showcase our products, generate leads, and network with potential customers and partners. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to engage attendees and drive interest in our offerings.
  6. Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and sales objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership to set performance goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
  7. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Use insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue projections. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the sales team. Share best practices, provide coaching and feedback, and contribute to the professional development of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales within the paper goods distribution market.
  • Strong understanding of the paper goods industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience representing companies at trade shows, events, and conferences preferred.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
